Glen Islay Angus is a home bred, 70 cow herd that features the best of Canadian Angus seed stock. Starting in 1968 we have selected our cattle to have a sustainable balance of growth, functional efficiency, with good feet, excellent udders, and longevity. We have sold breeding stock, to every province of Canada and to eleven foreign countries.
25 to 30 bulls are sold by private treaty annually, and we sell most of our females by private treaty as well. We understand and respect that Nature does not tolerate extremes, and as a result we have a long list of repeat customers and satisfaction with our cattle.

Our goal moving forward is to be a respected source for Straight Canadian Angus cattle, with appeal to both the commercial and purebred markets.
